how to delete multiple assignments in google classroom

 As of my last knowledge update in January 2023, Google Classroom allows you to delete assignments, but there isn't a built-in feature to delete multiple assignments at once. Each assignment needs to be deleted individually. Here's how you can delete assignments in Google Classroom:

  1. Open Google Classroom:

  2. Select the Class:

    • Click on the class where you want to delete assignments.

  3. Navigate to the "Classwork" Tab:

    • Click on the "Classwork" tab at the top of the page.

  4. Locate the Assignment:

    • Scroll through the list of assignments to find the one you want to delete.

  5. Click on the Assignment:

    • Click on the assignment title to open its details.

  6. Click on the Three Dots:

    • In the top-right corner of the assignment details, click on the three dots (ellipsis) to open the menu.

  7. Select "Delete":

    • From the menu, select "Delete."

  8. Confirm Deletion:

    • Confirm that you want to delete the assignment when prompted.

  9. Repeat for Other Assignments:

    • If you have multiple assignments to delete, repeat these steps for each one.

Remember that once you delete an assignment, it cannot be recovered. Make sure you want to permanently remove the assignment before confirming the deletion.
